About Illinois
Accommodations range from deluxe hotels to bed-and-breakfasts, motels, campgrounds and resorts. They run the gamut in price and quality. Several Illinois state parks contain Civilian Conservation Corps lodges built in the 1930s, now restored as resorts. Expect national-chain and privately run motels around most of the state, as well as some historic small hotels and country inns.
